Hi I needed some advice please, ok I run out of petrol and try starting the car due to petrol station was just 1 min away but I couldn’t roll the car as it was on a hill. Later on once I put the petrol in the car it won’t start. I thought it may be fule pump since I couldn’t hear the pump, luckily it was a 15 amp fuse needed changing once I did that I got the engine light I had it checked out the error is

P0135 and p0141 I searched this in net is the oxygen sensor .?
It says, heated 02 sensor heated circuit malfunction.

Now is this due to I try stating it on low fule ?
