Default dash lights

help required can any body give me a clue why my dash lights keep flickering when on

St170? Turn the brightness down a little bit.

common fault on all ST170s mate mine was the same nothing you can do
about it just put up with it

as richie mentioned normally dimming them down a shade stops the flickering

Default Can you replace the dash dimmer switch?

On mine the dash dimmer doesn't change the light level at all
Can these dimmer switches be replaced to sort these dash light issues? Any comments welcome, thanks

its not the dimmer its a voltage regulator as dash lights on st170 run different voltage
