I know this is a very bone question but I'm very new to messing around with my focus! I need to change my front discs this week but I need to know if I need to replace the caliper carrier bolts as I've heard they are not always reusable on other cars?!

Nope, just put them back in

 

unless last owner silly overtightened them you will be fine to re-use
