Default ST170 rattle

My ST170 has a really irritating rattle, when I start it or the revs are coming back down, it was originally the broken CAT bracket, but now I've changed that, the rattle isn't as loud as the bracket one was, but it's driving me mad. Can only hear it in the car, when my head is in the bonnet it doesn't do it. Any ideas?
Cheers

heat shields mate 100% most common fault on the ST170s they brake off the clips and hence the rattle.Mine used to be the same in the end i took all of them off and never
did any harm in the 5 years i owned the car

Ok cheers, I'll have a look when I next get a chance. The heat shield on the CAT has already been wired on, and the manifold is solid as it can be.

Ours used to have a rattle from what sounded like inside the gearknob. Seems to be less frequent now though. Wondered if it was the reverse gear spring.
