Exclamation helppp!!!! ST170 help!!!!!!!

Recently whilst driving to work my focus just died and is still refusing to start it doesnt even attempt to turn over
On the dash I have the multifunction light on which has never been on before and I have lost the millage it has been replaced with ----------
Any help would be aprieciated before ford screw me over

yeh all of the electrics are working fine except the milage and it doesnt want to turn the engine over??

Sounds like its ecu linked. Can't remember off the top of my head which number it is but there is a fuse in the engine bay fuse box that is on the ecu/PCM module supply. Check to see if that's blown. (will say in your owners manual which it is)
Have you had any work done to the car where any earthing points may have been undone? If so check all those too.

Thinking about it, I've got in my mind its a 20amp fuse, possibly number 9???. Will be quite a big one compared to normal fuses if my memory serves me without venturing outside lol.

Cheers for the reply i have had to take it to ford who are saying its the PCM that has failed and they want to charge me Ł1300!!!!!! To fix it, so i am going the send my pcm off for recon i think, if u know any people who can do this or have reconditioned ones then please let me know
