Default vibration at 70mph????

I'm getting a bad vibration at 60-70 mph at all other speeds it seems fine just a little harse and noisey, but thats obviously the car itself being an rs. I have had all the wheels balanced and swapped over and it has been into evans helshaw in blackpool twice with no improvement it's going in again on thursday next week so if anyone can suggest anything i can get them to look at I would be most greatfull.

thanks,

Ant.
Oh, it's just had new discs and pads on the front and has done 18k

it means the alloy was buckled which is rear for quite a new wheel unless you probably knocked it somewhere hard

I heard that vibration is usually due to wheel problems ... I fixed some of my shuddering with setting the tyre pressure right
