Default Mk2 RS what exhaust

Hi all, looking for a exhaust for my focus RS mk2, but not sure which one to go for as there are loads on the market. It will be turbo back with de-cat. And although I'm not worried how loud it is must sound nice, can't stand exhausts that sound poo. Was thinking of the mongoose section 59 but have not heard one in the flesh so what are your thoughts.

I've got a Mongoose on my mk1 FRS and it sounds lovely, really nice burble to it so I should think the equivalent mk2 exhaust would be equally good.

Mongoose with decat is a good choice but a 59 is ear bleedingly loud and imo sounds pants with a decat. No real note to it just loud and er....loud. I have a Mongoose cat back (not the 59) with decat on my ST and it is just right for me. The Mongoose on its own was disappointing. Rumbled a bit more but didn't sound loud tbh and when really pushing it didn't make any sort of special noise. Can't go far wrong with Mongoose for quality, price and sound as long as you get a standard system with a decat. Milltek exhausts are good too but pricey. Scorpion systems are also have a good raw exhaust tone.

KMS thunderstorm (think that's what it's called) sounds proper nice. Quite loud.

ive got mongoose downpipe sport cat and milltek resonated back and personally i think its perfect no drone pops and bangs something chronic i love it i was tempted by the thunderstorm and section 59 which are affectively the same system but i think the drone would be bad

Depending on if you're going to track the car choose wisely or you may be buying another 1 with the track noise restrictions...

Boostjunky have released one that sounds good.. On mine iv had a mongoose, scorpion, kms and tbh the kms was insane loud the scorpion was slightly too quiet the mongoose was best of both with a nice burble to it.

Out of the ones in that video the remus sounded the best.

Universal or go all out and get V bands fitted.

No doubt KMS could supply them if you asked?
