Default Focus RS MK1 external fuel pump

Hi, I have just upgraded my track car to a Focus RS MK1, used to have an S2 turbo. I am looking to put my Small alloy tank and swirl pot in the boot, I know the Focus has an internal fuel pump. Can anyone tell me the fuel pressure that a MK1 RS engines require? Is there any preference to what type of external pump I use?

My car is running around 260-280BHP

I have a brand new Cosworth pump that puts out 6.5bar, would that be alright to use?

Thanks for all your replies in advance

Just use the standard pmp to fill your swirl pot and use an 044 to supply the engine. The pressure reg will sort out the rest
