Mk1 focus rs valves problem. HELP!
Hi there, i'm a bit new to all of this but here goes!
The other half has a mk1 focus rs which when she was driving home from work the cam belt tensioner decided to give up the ghost!
To cut a long story short i can only seem to get the valves from fords which are stupid money, does anyone have a head or no anyone, or where you can get them from apart from fords?? Be cheaper to buy a new engine i think at this rate!!
Many thanks Pete.

Thank you both for such a quick reply. We were getting quoted £50 for inlet and £123 for exhaust, because exhaust are sodium filled.
escort1989uk - gone to the link, do you think that is a complete head, ie with valves as it comes in the picture its seems cheap??!!
