GT2860 turbo from SCC
Miltek manifold
Blueflame exhaust
Blitz boost controller
DS map
Radtec intercooler

Saw 306hp on the rollers running 18psi or 19psi boost...runs 22.2psi on the road in that spec...

The low power was due to the map...was running 9:1 as it came on boost!

The current spec is the same as above but a GT2871 turbo instead and its definitely more powerful as less boost! But it aint mapped to suit yet...

On order is:

Uprated fuel system - bigger injectors, external swirl pot, etc etc
Area 6 fully worked cylinder head
Area 6 valve train package
Area 6 cams - inlet and exhaust cams
Steel rods
Area 6 'zero-loss' inlet manifold

Then its off to MSD for a custom map

Then ill drive it and enjoy it for a while for about a year...then add a GT30 or equivilant (have a Turbonetics T61 sat here to ) and go for aftermarket management...then who knows!

mine has
Miltek de-cat pipe
Full scorpion s/s exhaust
Forge actuator
Bigger front mount cooler
K&N induction relocated
Bailey twin piston dump valve
Boost was told is at 13 psi but on the boost gauge it hits the end which is 1.5 bar

Not sure what power it is running but was told its estimated 250 minimum
Looking to get it re-mapped, what are the bluefins like upto a custom map?

Get an after market boost guage as I have heard the original ones arent very accurate...

A boost controller would be a good investment to...but expensive!

With your spec, I would imagine anywhere between 250-270hp with a remap would be attainable!

Bluefins are fine with your spec...if you want to go down the route of a hybrid turbo or a GT28 etc, then I would get the GT28 spec BF, or go for a custom map from MSD

If the car is running those mods with standard map it will not be making good power, especially with a decat!a bluefin will liven it up and it will run sooo much better with the mods!all tho I have seen a few people disappointed with the new bluefin map as it just dumps large amounts of fuel in to cover the AF cough!so dreamscience may be a better rout or a demon pete stage 2 map!I woulsd get yourself onto the rs owners club and have a search you will find a hole load of useful information on bluefins etc
