Default Focus Steering Help Needed

Hello, kinda new here so not sure if this is in the correct section.

I have a mk1 focus estate, when i bought it i had the change the alloys as they were bent, now the problem i have is the steering/alignment.

Up until this morning the car would drive in a straight line with the wheel straight but would pull to the left and get 'comfy' at about the 11:30 position, ive just been to have the steering 4 wheel checked & aligned, before they adjusted the tracking it was slightly out.

But now it drives straight when the wheel is sitting to the right (about 1 o'clock position) but will pull left back to the straight position by itself, however in doing this it causes the car to dive left.

I know someone on here will be able to help me, would really appreciate it as i dont like having my 4 week old daughter in the car whilst its not quite right.

Thanks in advance

Mike.

A few things spring to mind;

Either

A bent / distorted lower arm(s)

or

A misaligned subframe.

or

A bent trackrod

Well the arm on the drivers side looks fairly new. Any tips to check the others?

See the strange thing is that yesterday, i swopped the front wheels to the opposing sides, since then, it drives with the wheel at the straight position when striaght but now pulls right instead of left :S

Now im more confused

Help Please!
