Hello , I have 2 foci, T reg 1.8 and W reg 2.0 they have different selection for reverse, one far right and back the other on the W reg has a finger lift up to engage is this right.

thanks , thats the answer i needed, i didn't know that they had diff boxes. Now i know the answer.

The ST170 is the only one with a Getrag 6 speed box so 3 types of box

i know your probably right but my dad has the 1.4cl and the gearbox feels completly different. is their another reason for this? cheers

3 types o boxes, but there are also different gear ratios depending on the engine/power even if they have the same gearbox
