just built A new 2.0l zetec engine nothing big and fancy just running with fast road cams and lightened flywheel.

Was driving ok last night and today going to work come dinner time i drove about 100yards and it cut out so i turned the key again and the dash lights came on as usual but nothing happened didnt start or even try to??

HELP!!!

 

Doesn't even turn over? Gotta be a loose connection somewhere, power to the ecu maybe?

 

all sorted now on to the next problem drove 18 miles in total and the head is chattering and there is a slurping sound sounds like from the gearbox side..???
