Why was my thread removed?

I posted a question on here the other day and someone replied to it who was very helpful and offered help if i got stuck. Now that it has been removed i dont know who it was if i do need help when i do the job in a couple of days!

Have you checked your viewing options. All were reset to something like 5 days with the new host and need resetting to........
