Default bluefin question?

I was reading another website and with the bluefin installed, guys are saying that they are running 20 PSI of boost. I have noticed that when my car boosts up it goes to 1 bar on the turbo gauge but no further. Have any of you guys noticed if your boost gauge goes into the red??

My boost gauge goes right into the red. I think they are supposed to run about 18psi with Bluefin.

Grant,

Mines aint going into the red, just boosts up to the one bar mark. Does your one go right to the 1.5 bar mark? I think I'll take it out and put it back in again.....

I tested it last night, and it did go into the red but then the wheels started spinning, so looks like I just haven't gave it enough before.

Yes thats very true dave, apart from the fact that i was going in the oposite direction!!!!!!

You just bide your time cos cheriba will have his day and you wonte know whats hit you.

I was speaking to your mate john the other day, You didnt have to fall out with him just cos he got a faster car than you!!!!!!

I dont hear you shoutung about beating him much, cos you know as well as i do that the boy would smoke you!!!!

And as for geezer, i was speaking to him last night and he still has a score to settle with you. I The man is getting back on to his feet after the final operatrion to make him a women was completed , and he is now looking to purchase an other woosher!!!!!

I can see you having to eat humble pie big yin!!!

Lets just say that your days are numbered old boy, and the young boys are comming back to the floor!!!

You just remember that when your a newco wank you cant afford big fancy cars, so i can see the rs being put up for sale,

But i wouldn't buy it cos your one does not boost into the red, oh oh oh have i got that wrong??

Oh ye i remember now, Your just too much of a poof to put your foot down!!

whats the point in you having that car, you would be much more suited in a FIAT PANDA 1.0.

Ok now that ive got that off my chest, have a good day

Now now cherrio boy, heres how it is:

1. He fell out with me

2. The day you out drive me is the day I give up driving

3. The car boosts passed you in first gear

4. Geezer has respect for the Focus RS unlike u ya bufty boy, do yourself a favour and stick in the lower league of your old classics

5. You will never experience a car with so much power, cos your a crap tradesman

Take it easy

Follow the link, you'll need to register, but this gives a dash diagnostic mode.
You can use this to get the ECU measurement of the boost which is far more accurate than the 10p gauge in the dash.
