as title please guys, what are the benefits of joining? i know you get better rates of insurance, or at least your ment to, but what else do you get?

Companies like EBC & similar offer discounts on things like brakes, pads, etc - you also get discounted entry tickets to some shows, plus more importantly if you're thinking of modding your FRS theres a guy called Shins (Rod) who organises loads of group buys on FRS bits with good discounts that you can only get if you're an RSOC member

 

also a great forum with loads of advice and help

they will only insure you with a FRS if you are 25 and over. well pissed of about that, it was one of the main reasons i joined. not impressed as they use it as a big incentive but dont tell you before hand that there are age limits!
