lol, now that i got you are here to look at this post, could sum1 plz tell me how low i could go with rs focus wheels onmy 1.8focus using 215/35/18 tyres i currently got it lowerd 35mm using springs and dampers using the rs tyres 225/40/18 bt i want it lower (mainly on the back as it stillsits a tad high) i bintold that 215/35/18 shud give me no rubbing problems onthe arches bt i want to close the horrible gap between the sills and the floor. if i carnt go lower the wheels will be up 4 sale.. cheers

I don't see why you couldn't go lower. But alot of focus owners find the focus handles better on 17s mate. Too low and I'm told it's dangerous because of the way your drive shafts sit from what I have read. Good luck with it though mate. I wouldn't go any lower than 60mm.

yeah i heard about drive shafts too. at the moment i am happy with the performance, bt its just the looks. i was thinking 45-50mm max. cheers 4 your reply, airz
