Default Comprehensive List Required - Please! (Engine Conversion)

Right, due to too many problems with my car, and the engine looks to be on it's way out, i am now going down the route of dropping a 2L engine in (1.6 at the moment)

I know you're all going to scream and shout about insurance costs and it'd be cheaper to buy one as a 2L already, but i must stress i CAN NOT get rid of the car, mainly due to financial reasons and outstanding finance where the company won't let me pay it off (Long story) Plus. i love the car and the work i've done to it.

Spoke to Big Will & Other FFOC Members about things, and i'm hoping to keep the IB5 Gearbox, so i can keep these driveshafs & hubs, etc. I know i'll need a 1.8 Clutch & Flywheel for this.

What i need is a list so i can start looking for what i'll need.

Like:
- Engine
- ECU & Key
- What looms i'll need
- Ancilleries?
- Exhaust manifold?
- Clutch / Flywheel combo's?

Top to bottom really if anyone can spare some time to help.

I'm hopefully going to put my friends / family to the test and get this conversion done with as little effort as possible!

So, throw any info down that you can!

If it turns out to be LOADS of money, then i'll have to go for another 1.6

Thanks,
Deano
