Which head, RS or ST
Guys some advice needed,
I currently have a Zetec bottom end with a CVH head on but the head is cracked throught to the water jacket and it is in need of a new set of followers and cam(needs retiring), so I was thinking of replacing it with either a RS or ST170 head, which is best and for what reason?
The car is currently running 350bhp.
