Default focus st170

alrite im new on here so hi to u all rite ive had my focus 2 weeks an ive just had a full exhaust system fitted noticed the power gain well happy im lookin into supercharging it or turboing it which is the best route also does the focus ts lump fit in an st chassis easily or is it major work any help grateful

It is possible to RS your motor as i've challenged one in my estate!

Bit of Work involved though!!





















Bit of a SLEEPER really!!!.....

that looks the nuts mate really nice lookin in every way possible id rather have that than my st lol would u be interested in helpin me in the rite direction for converting my st please

fogot to say....Wlecome to the site Mate...!!!

best thing to do if you planning to go this far is to try and get hold of a complete RS thats been smashed up...!!
this way you have everything you need in one go.....!

to be honest it's not worth the hasstle if you don't know what your doing as things could easily go wrong leaving you without transport!!!

we are just doing a supercharger kit at the min
and may be a turbo kit soon

Hi Gordon,

Sorry for lack of contact lately. Had lots of bills come through so couldnt book the car in. Am still gonna be doing the turbo conversion so will give you a call as soon as I have the last few bits

why convert just buy an RS will end up cheeper in the end m8t! ya cn pick sum up for around 13k now

Keep your ST engine in and turbo it.

I'ts miles better than the RS engine

cant wait till i do mine next year.. a few people are doing the kits in the uk as a drive in out job for about 4k with about 270bhp, which is nice...

love that estate and saw it on ebay last month.. love the sterrin wheel aswell..

i have an st170 mate but 5 door and i am doing mine up at the min and i am going supercharger instead of turbo charger..

seen a turbo kit on ebay goin cheap a think all u need was engine management to run it
