Whats the best oil to use in the focus RS? A mate of mine is using mobil1, what do you guys think. also what can be done to improve the lighting?

 

I use Castrol RS Power 0w-40, and Ring Sportzblue 80w head light bulbs.

 

I`ll check that oil out-thanks. Is there a noticeable improvement with those headlight bulbs and where can I get them?

 

found my headlights were set to low even on the lowest number setting, adjusted them and fitted a xenon kit, mega bright and clearer light, also can install normal halogen if needs be come mot time but i don't think they will pick them up.

i use magnatec 5/30 change it every 3000 miles or so (every six months)

 

i think im just gonna put all standard ford stuff in wen i service my car. they do the fully synthetic for the car and i work for ford so get good discount on it.

 

My lights are standard and I get flashed regular unless I adjust them down a wee bit
