Hey guys. I just swapped a built D2.3 into my SVT but now it is acting like the battery is not hooked up. I have continuity to the starter motor but nothing else. When I turn the key there is no lights or sounds or anything. I have double checked the battery connections and all grounds and most of the connectors.

I had my car and a donor car down to bare shell and swapped over everything. full wiring harness, ECU, PATS, fuel system, etc, etc

any suggestions?
