i have a 05 focus 2.0 tdci and have been having problems with cold starting for a while, however the engine has completely stopped cranking. is this a problem changing glow plugs can fix? change of battery?(although jump start isnt working) or is the starter motor the problem?

and advice would be appreciated

 

The glow plugs could be the cold start problem but they won't stop it cranking over have you tested the battery?

 

charged the battery and the car is now working fine!
