focus gear ratio
can anyone help me im building a mk1 focus as a banger /stock car and will be fittin a 1.6 zetec silver top out an escort in it and running it on a 32 36 weber carb
i was wondering in anyone knows what focus has a short 2nd gear and what gearbox will be the easiest fit to the escort engine
any info would be great thanks in advance

im pritty sure i answered this before?
no focus gearbox will fit your engine due to the sump so you have to change it to the new blacktop design and then you have a choice between the 1.8 ib5 the 2.0 mtx75 choice is up to you iirc the 1.8s is shorter
