Default keyu central locking working intermittently

Hi,
Hope someone can help. Now it is getting a little colder my central locking has started not working. I dont have a fob, only key central locking.
The problem is that i can only unlock each door individually, then whenever it feels while driving the whole car unlocks and you can then lock and unlock a few times from the drivers door before it stops working again. A few locks and unlocks usually get it working for a short time. However using the passenger door only unlock that door both with the key and internal switch.
I think maybe the solenoid has gone on this door, but not sure and dont want to spend to check if i can help it. Anyone got any ideas? I have tried replacing fuse 63, even though it was not blown.
Thanks

Try having a good ol' squirt around the door catch mechanisms with WD40 or plusgas. Common fault to have these start to seize up especially in the bad weather.
