Trying to find a cheap cage for a mk5 but they're like hens teeth. Anyone ever modified a cage from something more commonly used as a rally car?

 

Cheap aint a word I'd want to use to describe a roll cage! Think about why its in there. Demon tweeks do this which aint too expensive http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motors...a-mk5-6--st150, you could have a word with any half decent rally car specialist to see if they could fabricate something for you but I cant see it being much cheaper if at all.
