Default Boost gauge Question...

What should the boost gauge read when just idling as mines reading -25?

Sounds about right to me too.

As the engine wears, this will get lower and lower. This is caused by reduced vacuum as a result of worn piston rings etc.

That reading sounds OK and nothing to worry about though.
