ERST starting problem

ERST starting problem
it starts but runs on 3 so a hold the revs up on it then after about 30 seconds it clears and runs fine wot could it be the plug leads,dizzy or something?

Sounds like a dodgy plug when cold.
Is it always the same cylinder ?

If you've got your cold start valve connected might be flooding when starting, try disconnecting it and see how that goes.
Or as above get a new set of plugs.

not sure if its the same cylinder but will check it tomorrow,and wot 1s the cold start again so aknow wot am looking for

Its the little injector in the under side of the plenum (inlet manifold), got a blue plug on it, in between cylinders 2 & 3
