Not got them yet but they are on my shopping list for next year and the reason why my boost is turned down for track days to 18psi. Don't want a rod popping out to say hello to the daylight

I sorta knew i wasnt gonna have any luck prob cheaper to get more power out of a zvh or something.

You should arrange a group buy of CVH rods from a company that does them to ones own specifications. The price of the Farndon rods are surreal as they are the only make that seem to offer them off the shelf. One could reach a price of around ~300£/set for forged H-beam rods.

The zetec rods are just a weak as CVH rods mate. That means you are still restricted to the same power output as you are with the CVH.

Farndon are about £700 for new rods.
