series2 erst sunroofcage removal

can anybody tell me how to get the cage the sunroof slides into out of my car i,ve took the headliner out and the cage is totaly rotten

it is spot welded to the part of the roof that is bent down into it and bonded on at the back half

cheers mate do you know if its easy to get a replacment when i take it out
