could be your fuel meterng head playing silly buggers, or feul pump,

is it your thread about not being able to fill up the car with petrol????

it could be linked to this. rs turbos dont like fuel problems>>

id get the car down to a specialist before some thing major lets go.

power engineering or jamsprt are good.

fuel pump isnt difficult to fit.

you can test the resistance across all of the management sensors to make sure they are functioning properly. get a rs turbo technical manual and an test meter.

hello mate

have you sorted the filling problem?

My cabby used to release a shit load of pressurised air when i took the cap off until i fixed my problem.

I also had a serious warm start problem, used to take about 3 minutes of non stop cranking to start it!!

I wouldnt be surprised if your driving problem is a result of the same fault.

let me know what youve done so far and ill try and help

ive removed the filler cap got a std one doesnt hiss when i take it off but even when i put a tiny bit of petrol cums rite back up as a froth or foam and pissis out i take on average 20 mins to fill it 10quid getting worse im losing my nut with it !!

i love me turb and when its all fixed ill love it more just proper doing me head in

ive tryed red ex etc in the petrol and im going to replace the fuel filter but im still worried bout the fact it wont rev over 4000rpm

could this be due to completlly fooked camz ?

help pls peeps

if i were you mate i would get the arse end up in the air and have the whole tank off, those filler pipes are a slag to change with the tank on aswell.

But i'd wip it off and check everything out.

I personally think the driving problem is also linked to this, fuel starvation.

Could be fucked cams, but if the cam was that fucked, it would be tapping like a bitch aswell.

Does yours tap?

oh right only a GOOD FEW hours drive then LOL

duno i'd still be tempted to come and have a look im always tempted by a challenge

Oh and as for your windows, the law states they have to let 80% of light in, sad reality is most cars with the factory tint border on these figures, so even doing a full light tint is illegal, although you usually get away with this, its when the police can only see your fag glowing through the tint you tend to get pulled
