Default NMS IC?

Flicking back through the ford mag, and the mercury grey s2 vs red s1, they use a nms twin cossie ic, they must work, as the cars were putting down some decent times, but they looked like an odd fit? looked like it went infront of the rad, and had 4 computer fans on top of it to cool the rad

Whats peeps opinions on these, and how much are they?

Also interested in the reverse crossover pipe, may just get a cossie ic & one of these & see what its like before going for the twin ic?

many thanks.
