my head lights on my s2 will only work on sidelights or full beam if i try main beam the side lights will dim. i have changed fuses bulbs and relays.
however after about 10 mins of runing main beam will decide to work.it is also melting the conectors on main bulbs.

any help appreciated

 

It's the two relays at the very back of the fuse box, gets very messy there

Normal on a mk4 Escort, don't know what can be done though
