Adjustable suspension settings
Just got my S2 back on the road after 4 years sitting in a garage.
I fitted ford adjustable suspension to it (2nd Hand) and have set them to full stiff but it does seem to skip at the back a bit what sort of settings should I try, cheers for any help!

Yes its poly bushed, seems to skip about a little bit at the back maybe i'll try easing the back ones off a bit?
The 17"s I've fitted seem to catch on full bump as well, any suggestions?

I generally run mine with half a turn on the front, and a full turn on the rear on my Koni's. I have now gone up half a turn on each now cos of their age.
Just so you know, the idea of adjustable suspension wasn't so you can play with the stiffness, it was so you could make them harder as they got old and softer, extending their life

My Ford ones were 2nd hand that I took of a dead car that probably had them on for a while cos I doubt you could have bought them new from Ford for a long time.
So I'll play about with them to get it somewhere about right.
By the way are they meant to be stiffer up front than at the back or the other way round?
