Default upgrading cooler

hey all pretty new on here but im sure someone can help me out !my s2 has got minor mods (green cotton,full s/s,bleed valve and a nice new turbo std)but feels abit too slow now im looking at upgrading my cooler and was wondering if anyone knows how much them big front mount grs ones are that i keep seeing ?also my boost gauge is reading 0.7 bar when loaded up in fifth.how much could i increase this too with a bigger cooler? cheers

You could up it to 1 bar with std cooler with correct fueling and ignition timing. (a set up)

cheers for that i'll have a look will i need a better actuator or can you recommend one ?

youll also need to chip it to get over 9psi as the boost cut comes in at 10psi

have to recommend a pro-alloy front mount cooler over a GRS. the GRS i/c's are flawless in performance i just think the pro-alloys are better being single pass....

read up on both before you commit yourself.

GRS Intercoolers are £265 (according to Graham's site)

As for most boost... I have seen 2.2 bar successfully thrown at a GRS, great intercoolers
