Default Bit of a rattling on startup!

When I start the car up it sounds really tappety for about 4 or 5 seconds!

How can I stop this?

lots of cars do it , dont forget also its an ally head , my old turbo used to do it, maybe its just an older head, its entitled to make noises from cold , as long as its performing well, why worry ?

as long as your oil light goes off, after a few seconds, its proberly just the followers pressurising,

maybe due a oil change?

I have anti pumps lifters fitted on mine i always get 2secs of rattle ..dont worrie about it
