Mobil1 motorsport in my standard car. Best speak to "oilman" on here. he will sort u out

silkolene pro s 10-50.....on high miler with aprox 200bhp@fly recomended by oil man

i use mobil 1 15/50 in my high miler, bin told it's too thin for an old engine tho!

I use Castrol RS 10w60 on my 1.9cvh, 14psi 220@flywheel. Never had no problems and engine runs quite no rattles

Selenia 10w60 but would change to silkolene pro s 10-50 if I could find any

Silkolene Pro R in mine!

Mobil 1 15/50 and Silkolene Pro S would be a good choice also.

Casper, Oilman will post some out to you I would have thought...

was Castrol RS 10w60 then tried Silkolene as per Oilmans recommendations but will probably go back to RS

Valvoline syn power or as its now know vqlvoline racing...... trd castrol rs 10-60 but wasnt kenn on the rattling noises but since putting the valve in its ok.... all personal preference TBH..

GTX Magnetic i got in mine. Couldn't tell you how it performs, as i don't use it.

in my experience mobil 1 is to thin for the old fordys,i have been using valvoline racing now for years and never had a problem
