Default Running Problem

Me car has been running sick for the last few weeks holding back and really giving me the hump.
Have found out that the distributor had worked its way loose and the timing was out.
Have had this sorted but is still holding back, bloody thing.
The car has been chipped can any body tell what the correct timing should as the timeing has been set up for a standard car.

Any help would be much appreciated

You should find the timing figures in any technical data book if your strugglin let me know and al post u them 2mora, just mark your pulleys with tip ex and check with timing light. Is it rough on idle or on boost?? You may have your boost too high causing you motor to hold back and backfire

should be 12 degress on idle with the vacuum hose to the ecu disconnected

if your timing is out it will feel flat

ecus can fail though

Thanks for the replies.
The timing has been set at 12 degrees but still holds back.

From cold it runs fine but soon as it warms up it it plays up
