S2 servo and master cylinder question....
Hi all...was just wondering whether a G plate Orion Master cylinder and manifold will fit onto my S2 (removed ABS and ST170 front setup and rear disc conversion soon)?
The orion was a Non ABS model...was a 1.4 carb IIRC if that makes any difference...
reason i want to fit this is because of the reseviour for one and second i have a weak pedal feel and have to press the brake pedal twice before its solid and brakes kick in properly without nearly touching the floor....
do you think this will solve the problem?
also bled the brakes about 5 times since the brakes were fitted and there is not a single bubble coming through whatsoever

Yes it has to be cut and welded.
You need to cut the brackes in half and weld the front part of the fiesta one to the back part of the ERST one, the best way is to make a jig so everything is in the right place.
Pic's and more details and on page 4 of zvhtubo's conversion on the restro & rebuild forum
