Default What do you think?

Hi chaps and chapesses,

I'm getting my bodywork man to look over my car next week to give me a quote on sorting a couple of annoying dents my car has and a couple of other little defects I want sorting

I have recently put a new black ford badge on the back of my car but the bonnet still has the original blue badge on it.

I've seen a few rst's recently with the bonnet badge removed and smoothed off, I think it looks really nice with that just done and not ott like bad boy bonnet etc.

My bonnet has a few marks on it anyway and one of the vents has some paint chips need doing so im thinking of asking him to do that and paint my bonnet two whilst he is there, what you think?

Thing is I don't want to do this and then start smoothing all the bumpers etc as I really don't want that look and want to keep the bumpers standard, hopefully it shouldn't look to out of place.

I hope Mark won't mind me using his car here

Looking at Mark's car (In the for sale section, minter this so go buy it! ) His looks nice and subtle and has original bumpers by the looks of things

Mine at current:

What are your thought's peeps?

I always think it looks like there's something missing....get a matching black/silver badge for the front

Car looks mint by the way!

Hmmm...yes, I see what you mean, also the one I got for my boot is a bit thicker than the original and is ok for the boot, but would stick out too far on the front in the bonnet recess.

Hmmm desicions....

At the end of the day it looks good either way, IMO i would take all the badges off like westy maybe apart from the RS Turbo bit. The S2 looks better without FORD stamped all over it, but if you are going for standard look , then leave em on ............ but knowing you , you prob put ghey clear rears on so dont matter what i say LMAO !
