Hey all, my xr3i cabby has a strange running problem, from cold it starts and runs fine. Once it gets warm it splutters and dies, I can then start it again fine and it fires up and runs but needs a few revs to help it along, after that it runs fine.
Iv noticed that if I disconnect each plug lead one by one while running the engine sound changes all apart from number 4 where there is no change what so ever. Any ideas?

 

Could be anything from an ignition fault to a burnt out valve/worn cam.

Idle fault could be a gunked up throttle body.
