I know someone with one on his orion mk1 but it did involve a fair bit of fabrication as the ib5 is meant to be way easier

Starter motor mounts where cvh oil filter is, ratios are shite in a rs turbo im told, still gonna need a hydraulic clutch and electronic speedo. I believe the brake servo will also be in the way. Also no idea what clutch could be used.

the tourque figure they can handle is very low aparently and the gear ratio acording to a gear calculator isnt as good as the BC/IB5 think it was 142MPH @ 7K BC was 162MPH @7K i have 2 of them sitting they are shorter than the BC/IB5 it doesnt have an LSD its hydraulic and cable

on the plus side i dont think the inner wing needs cut but it would require a mount to be fabricated and welded you can fit an lsd from another car that had one as an option and i think some of them was cable clutch.

I believe the focus rs mk2 box is the box of choice Matt, but again expensive.

i apologise if you're correct. But i've never seen it done, nor can find any info on the web.
The M66 box is absolutely massive compared to a RST or IB5 box. You're not getting confused with the Ford MMT6 box are you? You can get them in Duratec bell housing pattern..... or maybe even the MTX75 fitted to the mk1 Focus?

It's a NMS development . User Beech has one in his S2 but he hasn't updated his project thread for a while.

Cool that will go well bit of R&D went in to that engine, could never remember him fitting a Quaife diff and remember someone asking how he got over the torque steer and wheelspin and says it was the suspension setup.

Lots of wheel spin with the close ratio's of that box I imagine, something a little longer would be my choice.
