Default What do I need to run an EFi setup on an Escort RST?

Hi all,

I am thinking about converting my Cabbie Turbo to EFi but need to know exactly what I need from start to finish.

I have the chance of getting an Escort XR3i with the EFi setup on it. Can I use the this and change/alter the ECU to run a Turbo?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Cheers
Dave

The XR stuff is not positive pressure sensing so can't be used on a turbo.

Thanks for getting back to me. What do I need then to get the EFi Setup. Would I be better off trying to source a Fiesta Setup?

Cheers

Nice one cheers for that. Gonna have some fun with this.

Does anyone know if the Escort RST has the hole for the crank positioning sensor?

Cheers

Some late blocks had the hole there. Your best bet is to find a Fiesta set up, or buy an after market kit.
