hello i am after a bit of advice. the fuse for my heater blower failed.when i lookes at the fuse it looks like it has got very hot,it has melted a little bit.can anyone advise me as to what may cause this?

High current draw. Usually down to poor (100yr old) wiring on these cars. Best bet is to re-wire or use a relay to take the load.


Edit: Could just be a tired motor that is overdrawing and a swap would do the trick. Would need to measure draw
