burton power do them mate, go to your local motor factor for an rs2000 handbrake cable. Get the bolts from burtons too otherwise you have to skim the tops.

If your fitting them for improved braking then instead spend your money on some decent front brakes, fitting rear discs without big brakes up front means in an emergency stop situation the back locks up first like pulling the handbrake! Even with decent front brakes they mostly still lock up first.
If your fitting them for looks then be sure to use a bias valve and turn them down.

I put 2wd calipers on my s2 all round. Worked very well. Made the std brakes feel completely shit. Bias valve would be ideal as it did get a little out of shape in the wet at times.

what percentage of front to rear on the bias valve is recommended? I've left mine at 50% as i've not drove the car since finishing the resto..... Would 10% at the rear be about right?

Whilst the cars apart im gona get it all changed over as im re-doing all the brake lines etc, I am going to run a bias valve to the rear...and eventually upgrading the fronts!
