I am building a 2.1 zvh just wounding was bhp roughly it will be
Forged pistion and steel rods, cr 8:1 ,big valve stage 3 head with Kent cvh35 cam and pulley, t3 cossie 4wd turbo I am running OFAB at them mo but was thinking of trying OFAM with 803 injectors any advice will be much appreciated especially on the management side thanks

Thanks for the reply would the management side be ok and the injectors be ok to cope with more than 250 bhp

Would definitely have the bottom end lightened and balanced mine is on my zvh runs alot smoother

Could anybody recommend what injectors i could use on my spec above i am going to be using OFAM and what sort of boost i could run cheers

mine is running 218bhp at the wheels at 18psi, its a simmilar bottom end to yours but only a stage 2 head but with newman cam, im running siemens injectors out of a rover 220 turbo, they are 440cc flow @ 3 bar, im using emerald management and a stage 3 t3, the only fault with my setup is the turbo is too small, spins up nice and early but its all out of puff at 4500rpm

Spend some money on the head. A stage 1,2,3 is jigged to work with a CVH not with the Zetec bottom end. Most ZVH builds run out of guff about 5500rpm as the power and torque just vanishes

i didnt think you could use 803s with the cvh? as there low impedence and cvh are high?
