Whats wrong with the lsd box? Why change?

because i changed from mk4 to mk3 and now my lsd box wont mount upto the front mk3 mount. and the box im using now in my mk3 i think is fooked, got a spare rs2k box. dunno wat to do?

drive shafts wont fit, linkage is differant afaik

its definately been done before although i believe its a headache, correct me if im wrong but i think the inner wing needs modding to clear and you will need bigger flywheel and clutch or it wont work.
that gearbox is clonky and horrible anyway and ive had 4 of them!
what about mk6 escort box with lsd fitted and a rear starter motor, thats the way i'd go, they change gear much nicer

need to make mounts,, mod linkage, shafts and change clutch dont no if speedo would work , why dont u just swap the casings on the 2 boxs ??

i wouldnt wanna mess em up coz dont know where to start?

Do you or anybody know anywhere in chesire that could do this?

The rs2000 box is an mix so unless you've already got mtx shafts for going to need them. Think it will bolt up to mk3 mounts out the box

You'd have to get custom shafts mtx one end and escort Rs on the other end.
