Default engine adjustement after rebuild

hy
after my engine rebuild
how is the best method to adjuste the engine
it is very hard to start and when it is running there is very mutch black smoke at the exhaust

my ignition distruber is in the middle of the 2 screw
my CO i dont no where i am with the screw because i played a lot of time with this screw and now i dont know if it to rich or lean

Take it to a tuner and get it set up properly! That's my advice anyway!

there is no tuner and no ke jetronic specialiste

need to do it alone
i have a CO tester

i only want to know what Steps i need to follow..

CO tester is no good, you need a wide band lambda to setup the fuelling correctly.

Take it to a tuner imo, you would be silly not to tbh, as you have a nice new engine, so why not get it running correctly, although you should wait until you have run it in first (If you haven't already done so)

Sounds like its rich/over fueling if you have black smoke.

normaly the co screw how can i have a standard adjustement

like i have to turn it full clockwise and than how many turn i need to turn the screw back to have a standard adjustement

and with a stage 2 turbo what CO i need thanks

(sorry for my english)

Your talking about the idle mixture screw... This does not effect your on boost fuelling!
As I said above you need a wideband lamda to set your on boost fuelling correctly.

you comment saying there is lots of black smoke but dont no if its rich or lean!!?? take it to a tuner! a co meeter is only good for setting the co at idle you have no way of knowing what the fueling is going to be like untill you check it with a wide band lamba of some sort!

as for the distributor you need to at least set the base ignition with a timing light then work from there

we dont have a tuner where i live

i dont know what i need to do with the co srew
