What file wheel are you using? You need to use a 1.8 zetec fly wheel.
That is the 2.0 spacer plate and you also need the 1.8 zetec spacer.
That is the oil cooler and needs to be pumded in to the coolant system.

Im unsure on what fly wheel I'm using will my cvh not fit it?

So do I need it on my zetec block as that pic was taken of my cvh but I was unsure what to do with the pipe that comes off the inlet

The spacer needs to be a 1.8 zetec, you can use a cvh fly wheel but needs to be a efi one and you will need to drill it out to be able to bolt it to the zetec. What oil pump you using?

the fact the box wont fit over the fly wheel means its the wrong one as the 2.0 zetec one is too big for the cvh bell housing, also you need the spacer/shime and the one you have is a 2.0 one. What did this engine come out of?

What you lifting the enginge with? It's normally easier to get the enging in on the mount, have it angled down, put something under it so it's not just held by the mount, remove the box cradle and drive shafts idealy but can do it without taking them out and do it that way as its easier to giggle the box about to get it on. Also check the clutch plate is 100% lined up as if it's out a tiny bit the box won't go on. Once on just either jack or lift up the box to the right height and bolt the cradle back up
