Default Water system problems

Iv just put engine back 2geather it's got twin fans alloy rad and Bailey header tank when driving the temp dosnt get to hot cus the fans always seem to b on but if I pull over and turn the engine of you can hear bubbling in the pipes so let the cap of and steam and water comes out then settles down I thought there myt b air in the system so iv gone for a couple of short journeys and still the same any ideas

Is the thermostat and water pump working properly?

Both are new so should b and when revving it water comes through hoses

I would say perhaps a dicky stat, it must be overheating for the fans to activate. Assuming someone hasen't wired them so they are permantely on

check thermostat switch is not faulty or as said above a fucked thermostat

Been for a couple more drives and checked after each journey and seems to have sorted it's self maybe a stubborn air lock somewhere
